What is ILSWarranty and ILSWarranty.com?

The ILSWarranty (ILS) is a warranty that has been enclosed with a product you have purchased and is placed in certain products/brands for dozens of websites throughout the web, including some of the largest ecommerce sites in the world. ILSWarranty.com provides warranty information about specific brands by category. Certain brands are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty as shown below. Brands covered by the ILS Warranty are warrantied with ILS instead of the original manufacturer. In order for ILS to honor a warranty, the warrantied item must be purchased from an authorized ILS website (you may email us if you have additional questions). ILS Warranties in most cases carry an equal or greater length of time than the original manufacturer warranty.

What is actually covered?

Watches: Although warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, watch warranties usually cover the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.
Sunglasses: Although warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, eyewear warranties usually cover defects in the lenses and any other manufacturing defects. Scratches and or breakage are typically NOT covered.
